- How can you serve as a resource to fellow students? As a dual major, Chemical Engineering major and Psychology, I have a lot of experience with the science and engineering departments, as well as the Psychology department. I also understand the struggle of balancing your work/life schedule in order to be prepared for school but also still have time to socialize. I hope to use my experiences to help others have an easier time with theirs.

- How can you serve as a resource to fellow students? I can help students figure out and manage their academic plans, and provide advice based on my experience on a a fast track to graduate early and with my double major.

- How can you serve as a resource to fellow students? As a peer advisor, I’m here to guide and assist students as they need. I will direct them to the appropriate resources, answer any questions they may have. I want to make sure students feel supported and encouraged.

I am here to help and offer guidance as someone who has experienced many of the same questions and struggles that the students who come to the office for academic advice have. So, I am here to listen to your questions from a place of understanding, because I have been in those shoes myself.

- How can you serve as a resource to fellow students? I do my best to be up to date on the FAQ’s students may have. I keep an upbeat attitude at work, and am just super grateful to be in a position to offer assistance to other students.

- How can you serve as a resource to fellow students? I can help students by showing them the tips and tricks of managing college by getting involved on campus, learning about how to get ahead in classes and advising, and more. I started as a freshman at UMBC and have had a relatively enthusiastic experience thus far, so I hope I can help students get ahead in their academics and not make any mistakes I have made. While my major is less popular at UMBC, I can offer a unique perspective for CAHSS majors in regard to advising.
